First time walking in to pickup order and I guess my order had gotten lost or forgotten so there was an extra 10 minute wait on top of the original 30 I waited.However the manager on duty was very kind and honest about the mistake. She then proceeded once pizza was done, to give it to me free of charge.Now that’s great customer service because now she just created a repeat customer. We are from Stark County and this was our go to pizza. We moved 6 years ago and always looked forward to it when we came into town. It is not the same at all! Don't know why but it is now just mediocre. Had it over Christmas and it was disappointing.
