This has become my favorite place for BBQ, I have been eating at Old Carolina BBQ for years. The service is always 5 stars and the food matches. If I had one issues is the pulled pork is dry. Having opened many BBQ joints I know its a issue but holding the pulled pork in a light sauce would help.The place is large and welcoming plenty of space to eat and enjoy a conversation without it being too loud. The young lady at the register helped an elderly lady in front of us at the register. She was very polite, respectful and helped the elderly woman with her confusing order. I totally believe more people serving others should do the same.
