I do like Jimmy John's, but this location seemed to me above average. Surface parking by meter is nearby and the walk up was free of debris. There is a patio to enjoy your sandwich alfresco. Counter service was friendly by the young staff. I was with my family, so total of four customers. The process was smooth and the order accurate. I did chat briefly with the manager. Love their food so much! I eat there so much because I enjoy how fast they get your food done, and it's consistent every single time. The restaurant is always SUPER clean inside and out; as well as the workers always being really nice. The food is also fresh every single time; I've never had brown or wilted lettuce on my sub and the meat and cheese is always fresh, never bad! Best customer service! My daughter ordered her sandwich incorrectly and when I went to order a new one they remade the sandwich for her for free. It was our mistake but they still made it right. It's becoming harder and harder to find good customer service these days. We give this staff 2 thumbs all the way up!
