I'm not sure what happened but Big Apple Bagels used to be the best bagels in Cincinnati. This is no longer the case. Very dry and small, tasteless bagels have replaced what used be delicious New York style bagels.

Best bagel sandwich in town. Great bagels and awesome muffins. The parking lot needs resurfacing, and the building could use some cleaning and updating.

Our office gets Bagels from this establishment every Wednesday morning. The food they sold us was subpar. I spoke with coleman, he did not seem surprised at my phone call . The person answered the phone this was obviously not the first phone call about their poor quality food that they knew they handed out and sold this morning

The bagels are delicious and so are the muffins! They always have a good variety, it’s a great option for our family to have a quick yummy breakfast!

The service was fast, but the food was absolutely disgusting. The bacon was so nasty I threw it away. The bagel was stale tasting and my husband couldn't finish his it tasted so fake. For 15 dollars we threw away half the meal. Unfortunately won't be going here again.

For sure taking a tumble downhill. Not great. Staff was rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing them. Needs a new staff that actually cares, just a little.

Three stars feels exactly right for this place. Bagels and sandwiches are fine, not bad but also not great. The staff is kind of just there, but not all that friendly. The look and feel of the place could use an update. I definitely think they benefit from scarcity of other options…

Always friendly, clean and fast service. Great breakfast option for everyone! Going after 2pm gets discounted bagels!

I don’t think New York would approve of their name being on this place.

The shrinkflation we’re seeing at the grocery store has now hit Big Apple Bagel. Same price but 50% less bagel. Now smaller than a Lenders and not any better. Plus it’s dirty. Used to like their bagels but quality and value have plummeted.

They’re great if you don’t mind your pastries with a side of gnats.. I planned to bring in pastries for the office and thought I would support a local business. I walked towards the muffin display and to my surprise it looked as if there was an infestation of gnats flying around the muffins. I walked out empty handed and went to Starbucks instead. I’m not sure if anyone else has had this experience, but it’s worth recommending leaving one of each item on display and plastic wrapping a container with the rest of the items..

Easily one of the best bagel places in the city. Always friendly and welcoming staff. The only problem with big apple is they aren't open 24/7
