It's now 17 minutes past the promised pickup time, and not only is my order not ready, I've yet to be spoken to or acknowledged by any of the staff. I can clearly see my (admittedly large) order is still being worked on, by why wasn't the pickup time accurately estimated, as it always is at the Clifton store? How can one store be so starkly different when it comes to ability to deliver on-time, friendly service? The store in Clifton is ALWAYS on time and friendly. This place? Never either. Always late, every...single...time. So frustrating!!! - Top Dasher

Workers are always rude. Just got home with my order and it was wrong. Ordered two eggs and extra sausage for my sandwich and they only gave me one. This is the 10th time this year. Honestly wouldn't reccomend this location at all unless you like being disappointed.

Unfortunately I frequent this location 2-3 time a month! Every time I stop in they are way under staffed, the store is always dirty and the bagels are horrible! Every time I say, I'll give them another chance, but yesterday was the limit! I stopped in around 11:00 AM and it appeared there were only two people working & honestly neither one of them gave a crap about the dozen or so people waiting in line or waiting for food. The majority of the bagels looked like they had been smashed or were mis-shaped before they were baked, half of them looked under done. Whoever is managing this location needs to be spoken to, re-trained or seperated, otherwise just close up and save everyone the hassle.

Placed an order on the website for in-store pick-up. When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said no bagels were available. We asked for a refund and were told we have to do it online. We’ve been trying to contact online customer service for a week now to no avail. Just unacceptable. Do not place online orders with Bruegger’s EVER.

Great food! However the Hyde park location is never open on time (they keep the doors locked and lights turned off until they feel like opening.. sometimes they open on time, sometimes it’s 30 minutes late), they take forever to make the sandwiches, and the workers could be friendlier (they are pretty rude) but the food is great.

got the order wrong several times. bagels were completely unremarkable and not that good. the employees appeared annoyed when we corrected the order multiple times.

I was a commissary manager for Brueggers a number of years ago. These were the worst Bagels and dirtiest Brueggers I have ever seen.Bagels were burnt.Staff had a I could care less attitude. I can only assume the manager and team are horrible. Don't go

They sliced my bagel unevenly so one side was slightly burnt.. the other side was delicious.

Good bagel shop, but you just need to cut your losses and change the sign to say you close at 1. Every time I try to come in between 1 and 1:30, there's a closed sign up and employees are already gone. I'd understand if you had to close early here or there, but EVERY SINGLE DAY? Just change your hours already.

Quick and friendly staff. Delicious bagel sandwich (egg bacon and cheese bagel, Asiago bagel.)

Extremely slow and unenthusiastic staff. No reason to do a mobile order as you’ll stand there much longer than you’d like while you watch the people in line slowly get their bagels.
