Terrible customer service.. This use to be my favorite Chipotle.. Said I was at the wrong location for my order and I even gave them the address they sent me to another location 30mins round trip to be told I was previously at the right location.. I pulled up explained the issue they found the order.. The person was rude pretty much threw the food at me and THANKS!! Got to work (late for getting back) and there was NO MEAT or LETTUCE and was just thrown together without a care.. My bad what did I do to you Chipotle 9430 Fields Ertel Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249...

The staff has always been very kind and energeticThe food has always been hot and just tastes better than other locations.Vegetarian options: Being able to pick your own toppings lets you create your own vegetarian option, as well as a dedicated vegetarian menu option.
Edit: I followed your link and contacted customer service (the robot pepper). No one ever reached out to me after. Again, customer service is awful for such a large business. Please, take some notes from how Chik Fil A handles it's customers bad experiences. I will remove this bad review if it is ever resolved, but I do not have high hopes.I guess you don't want your customers to tip you anymore? Arrived exactly on time at the drive thru window to pickup my order. Sat in the car with an infant and my wife for TEN MINUTES before we were greeted rudely by an employee who opened the window and was only able to mutter, "Name?". She then closed the window and we wait another THIRTEEN MINUTES before we were greeted again, this time with our food and no apology or recognition of being twenty five minutes late. We left a tip when we placed the order as we always do, but don't know if we will again. Thanks for the cold food and attitude. Customer service was shameful. Corporate customer service was no better and gave us a free drink for our troubles. What a joke.

Stopped in today ordered three hard tacos the problem was fajitas was so salty l couldn't eat my meal. Whomever making fajitas please stop with the salt. Second they stopped serving al pastor because they keep running out of sauce. SMH. The crew was awesome no complaints everyone was very respectful.

Door-dashers are treated impolitely at this Chipotle.The Dasher wait time is horrendously long.The staff here appears to despise their jobs, and the cuisine is mediocre.The following ingredients are frequently absent from this chipotle. cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and steakThey will throw on a pinch of cheese if they are running out on it or any of the other things I stated above so they won't have to replace more. I've noticed that this chipotle's interior is typically clean.If this Chipotle ever makes any positive changes to the way things are done, I will either delete or modify my review.
Got a bowl to go, worker puts something in my bowl I didn’t want, I tell him, and he shrugs it off and doesn’t replace my bowl. Same worker who time after time refuses to put rice across the entire bowl only the middle leaving the cardboard bottom exposed. Young kid.

Prices are inflated-- entrees are around or above $1 more than the 2 other Chipotle's within 5 miles. My carnitas bowl was $9.75, its $8.60 at the Loveland location and $8.80 down the street at the other fields ertel location (Mason-Montgomery). I will be going to another location from now on unless they adjust the prices
