Worst burrito ever! All rice, a few beans. very little guacamole, no red chili sauce, no sour cream. Wasted $20. I ordered a Mexican coke and I got a Sprite. Door Dash guy no English.Vegetarian options: Tasteless , incomplete, not what I ordered. Awful

Worst chipotle burrito I have ever had. When she first scooped the chicken I couldn’t believe how little. I asked for double thinking she would give me a decent amount and double chicken was barely one portion at any chipotle. Why even add sour cream or cheese they barely put any on the burrito. The whole thing tasted like rice (which there was not much of). I come to this chipotle multiple times per week but it has gone down hill during lunch lately. Recommend going to the other one off Ridge Ave if in the area.

Cincinnati's OG Chipotle! I remember coming to this Chipotle when there's wasn't Chipotles on every corner. Brings back so many memories! Good food, atmosphere, and service!

My order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I was a little disappointed because I didn't want any lettuce in Carne Esada I wanted white rice instead and I was given a little bit of each and not very much meat. I ordered chips as well and they were stale.

Years ago Chipotle was really good but I have been disappointed repeatedly and won't waste my money again. Quality of the meat is poor and the whole mess lacks flavor.
This particular location needs to have their door dash orders ready. They like to wait til the dasher gets there to start making the order and that's bad for business this location won't last long with the lackadaisical workers

I agree with Susan and Jenna. I went into here for a veggie bowl, and I order that mostly for the guacamole. They were out of it !!! (And the fajita veggies, too, I might add) They’re famous for it ! There were NO apologies. :( There was no sign on the door, nor did the first person at the top of the line say “we’re out of guac “… Would have saved me the trouble. I would have turned around. I’m sure it’s the same attitude as the previous reviews where they were out of steak and refused to make more. Lazy.What worse :The manager happened to be on the line making part of my bowl. He was rude stared down at my rice and beans and said, so “that’s all you like in it ? “ (referring to the guac) I should have just left. .The Oakley neighborhood had high hopes of a brand new built restaurant would change things but it didn’t. It’s just as bad as Paxton Rd.$8 I can’t get back. The food was just okay at best with no guac. I was just terribly hungry. Had to eat.SAD. CHIPOTLE WAS SO GREAT IN ITS PRIME. GREAT PORTIONS -GREAT SERVICE.It has gone so down hill I kept giving it a chance here and there and had the same disappointment No more.**update…9/2/23 …no one reached out for any kind of response — that shows even more about the customer service.I see that they’re open to 11:00 pm now. ??♀️God help people who go later because if they’re out of meat and guac at 8:00, imagine three more hours.

Everything is very dirty they never wipe down the area where the food is as well as the tables not to mention they stay open till 11:00 now but by 9:00 they are out of everything so what is the point I'm staying open late and this isn't just this location I went to the other two locations around it and they are out of everything as well terrible I will not try Chipotle for a long time

Best group of workers. I've been going here for years and even when the hires come aboard you would think they've been here for years, for their passion blends in with the veterans which makes this Chipotle the best in my opinion. Super great service ❤️
