Terrible experience. I ask for my drink… The guy asks if I need sugar. Then some girl comes out. It really upset me. No one was kind. I was impatiently pushed to the side, They started waiting on people behind me. And said I needed to get back in line. It was not a pleasant way to start my morning. Get it together. Nice coffee shop with outgoing, friendly personnel. We went in and our mobile order was ready to go. They even gave me a small cup of whipped cream for our furry friend. He lapped it up and now Dunkin is his best friend!

I went in around 12:15 today and was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. My coffee was amazing and was made in a timely manner. The staff were friendly, and smiling. Which is hard to find in customer service anymore. The store was also clean.
