Staff seems to have high turnover rate, it can be a gamble if the drink I order is made correctly I won't order food from this location again something is always made wrong or I don't get all the items I ordered seems like something is always missing,Parking: It's a gas station and Dunkin has a drive-thru so the parking lot is a busy mess in the mornings and aside from gas pumps the store doesn't have many actual parking spots to use and I'd say 90% of parking spaces are use by shell or Dunkin employees leaving the already limited spaces down to just 3 spaces in the front of the storeWheelchair accessibility: Has ramps into store and sufficient room inside to maneuver around but id be very careful of what time of day id attempt to get a wheelchair or scooter out in this parking lot certains times are crazy busy and the people waiting in the drivethru line for Dunkin are usually blocking both side entrances

They was under staffed and ppl was trying to rush them. Overall food was good.
Tried the "new" breakfast taco. They never look like on the commercials. It was okay. I'll try it again to see if I just had a bad taste bud day. I enjoy all the other breakfast options. The drive thru is DEFINITELY a bonus. It's the one place I can get my mother double chocolate donuts. Thumbs High! ?Vegetarian options: Eggs and cheese on most breakfast sandwiches. Sausage or bacon is optional.

All I can say is how can you run a doughnut shop without having hardly any made to sell. I don't bother going there it's not worth my time stopping.

Pulled up at 6pm….they close at 7pm. Attempted to order an avocado toast. Staffs response was “I’m not doing food right now” so of course I ask why. Well her “ovens are cleaning”. You close at 7. Cleaning should be done after closing. As a general manager I would be livid if my staff did this. Not only are you losing out on revenue but your customer service is sorely lacking. I would be embarrassed if I was the manager of these employees and location. I went to the dunkin on the other side of Montgomery and was greeted with a smile and an avocado toast. Funny they weren’t cleaning their ovens before closing.

I went to store 5227 and I had the pleasure of meeting a nice young man (his name was Michael) at the order counter. I ordered a coffee and a donut, he made sure my donut wasn’t squashed. (usually I have to ask or just deal with a squashed donut) we had a great conversation about his experience working at Dunkin, my niece is of working age and she loves coffee! I think I’ll start going here more often if I know I’ll get this service every time! Congrats on the great team you all have! And thank you Michael!
