Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and this is my second time here. The first time I received terrible service and attitude but I didn't leave a review because I have worked in restaurants and sometimes you just have a bad day. But it happened again. Same 50ish black lady with an orange Bob wig who should not be working in customer service. She scowls at you, at all people as they walk in the store actually. I've been here a lot and have tried to like the place but I just cant give really any good things about it. The service is always slow you can be standing there and it will take someone forever to greet you or take your order. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt and I can go to shell and make my ice coffee faster and way better that's about it. The only reason I stop in there if I have to is because of a doordash I wont go there for myself

I have faithfully been going to this dunkin for 3 years and it has been wonderful until here recently (the last 3 weeks). The newer employees have been RUDE! my order is wrong 90% of the time. It’s frustrating, and I hope they can get it together again.
