This is the best restaurant in Cincinnati hands down. Not only is the food unbelievably delicious, but the ambiance is stunning. Most of all, the service is impeccable. They really make the experience very personalized to whatever occasion you are celebrating. Erick was our server and was very knowledgeable of all the items and provided great recommendations. The assistant manager, Jared, was also very attentive and friendly. Such an incredible experience, we can’t wait to go back!! Get the butter pie for dessert!!

Wow! Got to celebrate my wife's birthday in style with an awesome dinner at Jeff Ruby's in downtown Cincinnati. Our first time there and the experience was great!From Chip Mullen out of the Columbus location getting it started for us, to Cameron assisting our server, to Jordan giving us some of the best service we have ever had, and to the manager Jared being sincerely friendly. Amazing experience and the food was immaculate! One of the best steaks we have ever tasted and the dessert was off the charts too. We can't wait to go back!!
Eric gave us an exceptional experience at Jeff Ruby’s this evening celebrating my daughter’s accomplishments in school. He gave us some great entree recommendations and was very attentive. Eric is an absolute professional and we appreciated his service for us.
