“Ok first off I am new to the area so I know no one that works at this location so this review is not to just helping out a friend. Me and my family ate at this location today and do you all remember the old school fresh KFC that was the BOMB? Ok well this place just pulled it off. Not only was the drive through packed but the inside was as well and I got my food quick so I was thinking O no here we go it’s going to be hard cold or not cooked enough event. NO! This food was spot on perfectly cooked fresh and the way I remember KFC years ago. I wish I would had got the managers name but whoever was managing around 2:00 pm on 4/6/2024 thank you for showing me that KFC can still be amazing.“

“They NEVER hesitate to try to help you out. They'll make you a pot pie even if it takes 22 minutes as long as you can wait, you're going to get them fresh. They work extra hard to make customers happy ? I am always happy when we go to Finneytown KFC 10/10 for me“
“They weren't very busy it was 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon the staff was very friendly our food was hot and fresh the atmosphere was quiet it was just me and my two teenagers and that's it! We ate our food and shopped at Walmart across the street very convenient.“
“They were really nice staff, but if you get there about 1/2 = 1hr before they close you might not get what you came there for. A few times I have b even to this location, they were out of crispy chicken sandwiches and only had dark mea, no breast.“
“I have experienced service as an employee and as a customer. First off, being an employee yes there are down falls and with any job you’re going to experience this. Everyone complains regardless if it’s good or bad that’s just what we as humans do. Secondly, being a customer a year ago the business was horrible the ladies that was running it did a horrible job. Every time I went there the food was cold or just plan ole old. Now our manager doesn’t let that slide but from other reviews people don’t like that either.“
“KFC is a great place to order lunch using their drive-thru when your time is limited. Overall, their menu items are excellent. However, they have a problem keeping enough pot pies ready for sale throughout their business hours. On several occasions, I ordered two pot pies, only to learn that they had only one available or none available. Aside from this minor shortcoming, I would still recommend KFC to anyone.“
“I enjoy coming here for a supper either for myself or my wife and myself. It is in the middle of the bustle of Northside but it is newly renovated and clean and the food that I have gotten here is always hot and fresh. It is a wonderfully cool place to be out of the heat too.“

“So I went into KFC and got a number 14 thay came quick so I took 1 bit of the spicy chicken sandwich it was super good and the fries were good to. Instead of bringing us a bag that gave us a tray I thought that was gonna give us a bag but nope but that was fine anyway I liked a chicken sandwich is probably what I'm going to only pick out from kfc“
“KFC is a hit and miss. Depends on location. We went to one off Reading and they didn't serve us - like they pretended we didn't exist. So we left to this one and it was fine. No green beans but fine. Good food and fast service. Be sure to check what you received as order mistakes are very common.“
