Cold, uninviting and simply disappointing. I was hoping that the service and speed would improve after the remodel, but alas it was just as disappointing as before. We ate inside with the inlaws for breakfast, ordering at the same time. Ours took about 8 minutes (2 mcmuffins and hash browns), theirs took another 10 after we were already done eating. The place wasn't overly busy, their food just sat on the counter while one of the employees stared at it (literally), then when he dropped it off at the table and was asked about it, denied that it sat there (we all saw it). I dont understand what is with this McD, the one in Harrison is on the ball.

If I could rate it a 0 I could. I’m never the type to complain about food or anything like that bc I don’t like being that person. But my father had came through this McDonald’s and they had got his order wrong so the lady said she was gonna take his name down so that he can come in and get just a free sandwich. We come back maybe a week later or two and we talk to the manager who not only seemed like they didn’t wanna be bothered with us, but cut us off multiple times when we were trying to explain to her about this issue. She told us there’s nothing they can do about it because they are not allowed to take down any names, but going back to our knowledge, we knew nothing of that, and all we knew was that the other lady we had talked to said she wrote down his name and that he could get a free sandwich when he comes in because they’ll have his name. I tried letting her know that this is no way to treat customers, especially when we were not in the wrong. Because I work in a restaurant area as Aunt if there’s a problem, there’s no need for the argument just a need to fix it. She’s a horrible manager and I really hope she learns that you don’t offer to make the sandwich after she argues with the customer. That was utterly disgusting and I hate that even I had to make this.

I stopped by for breakfast that I ordered through the app. I always add extra caramel and creamer to my iced caramel coffee and hardly any McDonald's I stop at ever adds it, so I can't really say it's not expected at this point, or that they did worse than others. Other than that the food was good, and the girl at the window was super nice and polite
