This is glorified frozen pizza that you can customize. I went there for the first (and only) time last week. The dough tastes exactly like a subpar frozen pizza. I don't really eat frozen pizza anymore because the dough is almost always bad compared to a standard pizza joint or even Domino's. Each bite reminded me of brittle, flaky dough in Red Baron and Tombstone, and that's a flavor I don't enjoy. they closed the one in Louisville and we cried. we had to stop in while in town and it didn't disappoint. friendly hard working staff, very clean building, and the same delicious pizza we remembered. pls come back to Louisville!
