A multi-billion dollar company didn't have $26 in their register for my change from a $50 bill. Pathetic. Last time I checked a $50 bill is still US currency. Will never order here again.

I hadn't had pizza in years, had just returned from a trip up North, and decided pizza it is, I love Papa John's pizza, came hot, and ready to go quickly, I got extra peppers, and the sauce for dipping the crust, I enjoyed every bite, can't wait to get a pizza craving again.

I took a chance and ordered the Garden Fresh with chicken instead of onion. The whole pizza was a bad idea. From the crust to the sauce, to the lack of chicken,..If you want basic pizza, this will do. If you're looking for something to scratch your flavor itch, keep it moving.

Called to order food the guy on the phone said my deal I wanted was online order only. I said okay, downloaded the app. made my order. It was only letting me pay with card I wanted to pay with cash. Call customer service they had me uninstall the app. Then redo everything still no change. After that it was, try the website so I did with them on phone no change. Then she told me to call the store and press option 3. So customer service was ZERO help. Call the new number pressed 3 started to talk got hung up on. Called back pressed 5 for the manager. When he got on the phone I told him the issue he informed me that he just works there. I asked if there was a way to figure this out. He told me "Order from somewhere else and hung the phone up." Great customer service from you there old Papa John

I had a problem with the app and ordered at the wrong store. The manager at this location helped me out and made my order very quickly. All staff was very nice and helpful!! Also probably the best pizza I’ve had from them!
