This is my favorite place to go for sandwiches where the meat is sliced real thin and piled real high. There's nothing better than one of their thick sandwiches and a root beer and some chips.
Red squirrel has been a favorite for a long time. Only place in Cincinnati I know you can get a hot brown, which is a Louisville specialty originally. They use gravy instead of bechamel here, but let me tell you? The substitution is not bad! Give it a try!

I've eaten here before and it was very good. I had the turkey on rye with BBQ Grippos and the old school fountain Barqs Red Cream soda.The pictures you see below is from my mom's platter. She got a Roast Beef & Egg sandwich on Wheat with Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato. Her only complaint was that the pickle wasn't wrapped up, which led to soggy and juicy chips.
