I'm waiting and the girl was getting something to eat I guess and it was like 5 minutes I waited. When she came noticed I waited and and didn't greet me nor apologize for my wait. Normally don't stop here and I see why. Thank you for being so nice ms nose piercing. But the drink was tasty I must say
The pistachio latte is no joke freaking awesome!!!! We often stop in to grab a beverage as we shop for groceries and it's always made fast and served with a smile. Starbucks is expensive but the pistachio latte is so worth it. They have a lot of great beverages and it's really hard to go wrong here. Definitely a nice treat on a cold wintery Cincy day.

Employees are talking too much about their personal lives. One employee had rings in her nose. When I asked two employees to empty the too full cup of coffee so I could put milk in it, they looked at me like I had rocks in my head. It was a simple request that should have been answered with a smile. Coffee is too expensive. Seating area was cold. Don't recommend this Starbucks.
