Had a issue with the store and wrote a review. I have to say the Manager called me promptly and took care of that problem. Went in again and the other problem is how miserable the staff seems. Not sure how that can be fixed.
This Shell has some great customer service. My fiancee was here this morning when her car wouldn't start after filling up. The station attendant noticed her and asked if she could help, explaining she has a background of working with cars. The attendant arranged to get the car jumped, gave my fiancee a hug, and told her to have a great day. Fantastic stuff! The station itself is very clean and has a mini-mart, a Subway, and a Dunkin' Donuts. Quite convenient.

Very clean and convenient restaurant. They offer generous meals and for reasonable prices. We liked the menu very much and the staff were super attentive and explanatory. Highly recommended.
