Staff did not inform us that an item was as no longer on the menu when we ordered it and instead rang us up for a completely different item, then when I politely asked when the item got removed as it was something I am used to getting when I come to Taco Bell she simply ignored my question, so I repeated it a tad louder and was once again ignored. Very poor customer service but then again this location could use another staff change.
