This place is awesome! Some of the best fried chicken since grandma used to make it. Unique and tasty sides too! If you're an American....you'd love The Eagle!

As you step inside, you're greeted by the cozy yet trendy ambiance, complete with exposed brick walls and rustic décor. The menu boasts a tantalizing array of Southern-inspired dishes, with their signature fried chicken stealing the show. Each crispy, golden piece is cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor, paired perfectly with their house-made sides like creamy mac and cheese or tangy coleslaw.

We had a great lunch at The Eagle. Great location, great food. Our server (Abby?) was fantastic…very friendly and welcoming. In addition to keeping our drinks filled up, she provided some great recommendations for us out of towners on great places she and her fiancée have found. The restaurant was very busy but they were able to seat people pretty quickly. Try their fried chicken, their specialty, and their special honey sauce. So good! Next time we’re in town, we will be back!

It’s just not as good as people say. I use to get the food for free all the time. Nice and fresh but it’s just isn’t what I look for when wanting fried chicken. The bacon is good and salads but I wouldn’t dare pay for

Overall great experience. Chicken was really good. I got the 1/4 chicken white... Not overcooked and the hot honey that you pour over top is really good.. The sides are generally enough for 2 if you're not a heavy eater... Mac n cheese was really good. Also had collard greens and cornbread which was good too. I Will MOST DEFINITELY be back when in town and would recommend friends and family to try it. Only downside is no sitting area if there is a wait... So make a reservation if you can, to avoid standing and being the impromptu doorman.... ? #YouGottaTryThisPlace

We were in Kentucky for a church trip and my aunt-in-law wanted us to go to The Eagle for dinner one night, since it was just over the Ohio River. We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The people were friendly and welcoming as well. Highly recommend if you're in the Cincinnati area!!

First time here and I wanted to try so many things.I had to get the fried chicken dark pieces. I wanted to try some southern foods so I got the collard greens and white cheddar grits. The chicken was served nearly room temp but tasted amazing! The collard greens were alright but that was my first time trying greens. The white cheddar grits were not what I was expecting. I personally would not get them again but I was glad.i tried everything.Next time I want to get the pulled pork sandwich or a salad. My friend got fries and they were delicious! I got a blackberry lemonade (?), so good! The atmosphere was cute. It's a small place, well at least what I saw. We sat up front and had a wonderful time.Parking: There's metered street parking and there's a parking lot a block away.

Made a reservation so we could get to the game on time. I was excited to see the pageantry of the pre-game. Table wasn't ready, was told 15 minutes behind. 25 minutes later we got seated. Waitress got the kitchen to rush out some salads, which was awesome (left a big tip). The entire experience was stressful and seemed to be rooted in a desire to fill tables over honoring reservations. As a business I get it, but I feel let down. If you can't keep reservations you really shouldn't take them. I'm not rushing back.
