Obviously, I enjoy a fare share of healthy meals. TSC has everything from sandwiches and wraps to salads and smoothies. I have never been disappointed. One of my favorites is the buffalo chicken wrap. It was light yet satisfying. I look forward to exploring the rest of the menu!
It was my first time ever having a smoothie and it was great. I had a pomegranate plunge, went back the next day for the same thing. Then I got their jalepeno corn, very good. I'm hooked

I don't think I'll ever stop coming here in my life! By far my favorite smoothie place that also has food! My go to for the smoothie for something lighter is the "detox island green" but I will occasionally get the "sunrise sunset" smoothie and I've NEVER been disappointed!!!! In terms of food I almost always go with my ole faithful wrap (pictured here) but I can honestly say I have never had anything I disliked. My favorite is the "Caribbean Jerk Chicken" as it has a nice kick...read full review
