I probably go here 3-4 times a week. Order is basically the same every time. Shaken expresso VERY LIGHT ICE. This morning I ordered and the ice was touching the lid so I sent it back. They said they would fix it. The manager even came to the window. Gave it back and it looked the same but I didn’t have time to send it back again. This is the ice level 5 mins after I left. Great people very sweet if you go a lot like me they remember your order its so sweet. As being a person who was in customer service I know what it's like to work in a drive thru. Always smiling and they are always welcoming when I go inside also.

Chai Latte was good. Breakfast sandwiches were very mediocre and kind of soft and mushy. I know better, but I was driving and it was too late for McD's and Wendy's. Haven't tried their food for years, and probably won't again.
