First time trying this location in Cleveland, I usually go to the one in Pittsburgh, but since I am here for college I wanted to find another spot. They had rude customer service, and the bagel was cold. Never I coming back to this location again.

This was my first time visiting this location. Wow! Quite possibly the rudest customer service ever from what appeared to be the Manager, tall with dark hair. When we asked if we could get the brisket breakfast sandwich she preceded to go on a diatribe about how the ovens are constantly breaking and brisket takes too long. Service is decent. Employees are polite and take/make orders quickly.All of the tables are stacked up near the windows so this place is a takeout only establishment.Bagel variety is amazing. (Think cheesy hash brown as one of the choices) We ordered 3 egg sandwiches where a regular size has two eggs, a meat and cheese. Make sure if you only want 1 egg in your sandwich that you clearly state and watch as your order is being made. Good stuff!
