“This Chipotle, like many others is very well accompanied by many outgoing employees. They seem to love to crack jokes and the food was preped wonderfully. The smell of all that freshly cooked food was a beautiful scent to my nose when I walked in.Now I will say the only issues I had with this establishment was the messy juice station where you get your own drinks and the guy who wrapped mine & my brother's burrito, it wasn't perfect but could definitely use some work on that technique of yours.Outside of that, the Chipotle on Morse Road near Menards was still a delight to visit, the food was fantastic and I even got to enjoy it with harderly any issues, at least they had forks for me to eat my poorly wrapped burrito with lol ?.Still I would say this establishment definitely deserves my business again and will get it in the future.Gem Rating: ??? “Best Chipotle Burrito bowl I've ever had. The ratio of ingredients was perfect, including my request for light rice and heavy sour cream. My wife agreed that her bowl was perfectly made too. Staff was friendly and efficient when I picked up. My only minor complaint is that this location could make access to the parking lot a bit more clear. Will continue ordering from this location instead of the having my order ruined by the Brewery district location.Parking: Rear access from intersections on either side isn't at first completely clear and is only access point.“

“Me and my 2 daughters come in several times a week. Tonight was an experience that deserves someone to hear! Usually the staff aren’t friendly, on their phones and not customer focused! Tonight, TY was the difference! He set the tone and the vibe- customer focused while building the team up! Waiting for steak tonight wasn’t an issue - I enjoyed waiting 6 minutes while watching Ty interact with customers and team members! Please add him to more evening shifts! Even the young men behind me were talking about how great his customer service was! 10/10 tonight and that’s even waiting for food to be prepped!“
“My experience has always been good here. Besides there being a lot of new people that get stressed very easily when it’s busy, and have messed up my food before, that’s my only complaint! Everything else is fine. The wait can be long sometimes, but the last time I was there, there was a gentleman (manager maybe?) in the back cutting steak. He was telling the line people what to do as it got busier for the line to go faster. He could tell the employees were getting stressed, he stepped in on the register, started talking to people, making conversation and laughing, definitely lightened the mood! I wish I would’ve caught his name, but he is a very good worker and I could tell he actually cared about how the business was being ran!Food is always fresh as well!“

“I recently started going to this Chipotle and it’s been accommodating. Chipotles are typically very busy. This Chipotle follows the “busy” suit but only like after 6pm. To avoid the eternal Chipotle line, go to this Chipotle before 6pm. Nice and clean restaurant. Traditional decor. Free parking lot walking (if facing the restaurant, the parking lot will be on your right) distance to the restaurant. Nice, fast, and friendly service. There is also parking out front for a fee. Big fan of the Chicken bowls or the Carne Asada. Love their Guac. Decent prices.“

This new crew for the daytime and early evening that has started in the last couple of months is by far the best crew there.It seems management has made a change and it definitely shows.
