“Had gone in intending on getting hot subs as it was a chilly day. This location does not have a grill. Was surprised about that. So we got cold subs. The meat was also pre sliced which surprised me as the commercials are all about they slice it in front of you.The food was good. The associate working was awesome. Was just kind of surprised things at this location are not as seen on the commercials.“

“Went on a Saturday and there was barely anyone inside. Ordered a Turkey Tom, and it was delicious! Everything was very fresh as this was the best sub bread I have had from them in awhile. The staff was very nice and friendly as the service and interaction was ver good. Would recommend if you your out for a sub.“
“If I had $2 for every time they forgot bacon on my sandwich, I'd have about $12. The people are nice but if I'm not getting what I'm paying for constantly then what's the point.Edit: The staff are very nice. It outweighs the pain of bacon loss.“

“6 of us went here the night of a cbj hockey game. Unfortunately not many seats. People were standing waiting for tables. As soon as we were finished we gave our seats to another family. Other people who were there before us still sat and chatted while people stood and waited for a empty table.“
“This Jimmy John's is not the best because normally there is only 1 employee working and they are generally not very fast at making your sandwich. However the food is good here and the location is perfect if you live on north campus so I'd give it a 5 star based on location and food quality, service is just ok.“

“This place was easy to find and parking was easy. Just needed to make the right turn to get into the garage. Service was good and the place was clean. “This was my first time at this location. All I have to say is that the staff that was working this morning were amazing! As soon as I walked in the door I was greated by one of the ladies working. One of the other ladies helped me pick some toppings and was very friendly. The third woman that delivered my sub was just as friendly as the first two. I'm in the service industry and I like watching other people in the business work while I eat and all of these ladies worked so well together and you could just tell that they truly enjoy working together. You could tell that everyone was doing their part to make sure the shift was running smoothly and having fun at the same time. I thanked them when I was leaving and wished them a blessed day. “the general manager here is so so kind!! they ran out of bread 15 minutes before closing and he made more bread for the rest of the orders. the delivery driver was also very nice and offered us cookies or a drink while we waited. The GM also engaged in conversation and it was just so nice to see such kind people“
“We live a few miles away from this location and have had to go pick it up a few times due to lack of delivery driver. This is inconvenient but when you are craving Jimmy John’s it is worth it!The staff usually comp us a cookie or something as well so we come out ahead other than our time.This visit tonight though 12/4/2023 was the best ever! Went in and the manager David made some mean subs, made some suggestions that were fantastic, and the food was excellent as usual!“
“Ordered for pick up after super long shift. All I wanted was some Jimmy Johns. I had no idea there was a location so close. Staff was super kind and that caught my attention & made my day. Will definitely be coming back again soon. I love the Italian night club on wheat with the classic salt and vinegar chips. Best combo. Sandwich was wrapped beautifully as well.“
