“I'm in a unique situation where I have been evicted due to my disability even though that is against the law FHA. The Franklin County municipal Court has allowed this, The shelters are full and on top of that they're unable to accommodate my disability. Perhaps this is why evicting someone with a disability is illegal .so I'm in a circumstance sometimes where I have to. Let's just say use a restroom or you know freshen up which I did at this location. And I also want to say that the bathrooms were in immaculate condition. I was not treated less than even though I had a couple of bags with me and I do try to be very low key about my situation. I am a paying customer and rewards member. I'm not just coming in to use your restroom. Thank you for your kindness.“

An order that simple can often skip the line. They also have chocolate chip cookies they keep warm and gooey on a heated slab. If you work at the hospital, subscribe to the Panera sip club and you get practically unlimited soda and coffee drinks for 11.99 a month. “Nice location and pleasant staff. Quickly greeted and order taken. The only problem I have had is ordering something on the menu and being told that they weren't serving that on that day. Disappointing and that felt strange so I went somewhere else to eat.“

“Staff is amazing, not only was my orders perfect, quick, staff took the extra time making sure my special order ( I have food allergies) was made correctly but went out of their way to be extra cautious of my special requirements. They are always friendly, helpful, fast and efficient!“
“So this location is tough to review, ill explain. The staff that IS there, does a good job for the most part and is courteous and friendly. Unfortunately it seems they are ALWAYS understaffed here ..Im not sure what the GM does here, but they really need to do a better job staffing this location as it suffers badly from lack of adequate staffing...The one woman I think her name is Holly, is always running around there trying to put out fires and seems very stressed at times, but does an amazing job! Also Chris who works the drive thru is a great guy very friendly! Food is always good here, although wait times can be atrocious! Sometimes they open late, dont have the drive thru running, amongst many other things but i am a regular here and enjoy interacting with the staff! They keep this store well maintained and clean especially with the lack of employees.“
