Polaris Grill never disappoints. Made a reservation for 7pm on 2/17/2024. My girlfriend and I were sat right when we got inside a bit before our reservation. The Jimbo shrimp cocktail was pretty good, but I could do without the bed of chopped romaine under the shrimp. The 6 shrimp were cooked nicely and they gave plenty of cocktail sauce. The service was top notch from start to finish. I had Beef Tenderloin from the "Mardi Gras" menu and it was outstanding. This was a truly exceptional experience. Great job.
