This place is delicious! It's tiny, but has a excellent low key vibe. I got the gravy and biscuits and a cinnamon latte. My friend got the bacon sandwich and some iced latte. And we snacked on yummy blueberry scones.Worth every frickin' penny!! Next time I'm in C-bus; I'll definitely stop at Skillet.
Small restaurant with limited hours but it is well worth the trip if you enjoy a creative menu with locally grown ingredients. Service is for breakfast/brunch and is well executed by the chef; but this is not a typical breakfast menu so come ready to explore.

*extremely late post*This is a very nice yet small restaurant. This was our first visit. Needless to say, they did not disappoint. The sandwich I had was huge, messy, and very tasty. As I'm writing this post, I'm not sure why we haven't been back. One of these days, we'll definitely make our way back in there. Keep up the good work.
