I ordered food online for me and 3 of my co workers, I go to pick it up and they didnt have the cheesy fiesta potatoes, so she worker tried substituting for hash browns, well I get back to my job and my own order is missing. I ordered 1 chicken burrito supreme at the drive through. They told me the price was $12.78. I asked them to correct the order because I only ordered one not two burritos. They then gave me 1 chicken burrito and still charged my debit card for 2, $12.78. The bag had no receipt in it. They won’t answer the phone.

Ordered online WHILE in the lobby since I was waiting for the bus. It still took over 30 minutes to make even though there was only 3 people in the lobby: missed 3 buses because I already paid. they took care of drive thru orders over lobby orders. Asked to use the bathroom while waiting for my food and was told that the bathrooms were out of service for the public even though I’m a paying customer. Absolutely horrible. 4 team members and kiosks and still takes FOREVER.
