The food is always wonderful and consistent steaks are delicious
My family used to eat here monthly. Last 2 times our steaks were gristley and my son's bbq chicken looked and tasted like a thin piece of charcoal with sauce on it. Totally bummed because TR was our favorite restaurant and would take out of town family who was visiting. Service was usually good though.

Went in at 330pm today , the lot was steady , asked for a order for take out gave order placed in the question said a text would be sent when my order was ready walked back in at 430 asking where my order was and why i wasn’t texted, the hostess seemed like she didn’t wanna be there today and didn’t wanna be bothered with questions and or ordering I actually thought about walking out before I placed my order but i stayed , fast forward 430 no text so I walk back in host directs me to the drive thru/ carry out , pay for my meal and leave im nearly 7 hrs from home and picked this place for what I expected to be quality only to receive cold and soggy food unknown to me until I went a half mile back to my hotel and a apology that their system crashed , so I drive back and the manager was nice enough to explain the situation and that they came in at 430 to this , she remade my food fresh and I thanked her for that I’m sure this was just a Off night but based on this one experience idk if i would return to this exact location maybe if in the area but never making a special trip good management but less then Stellar front of house staff line was out the door though so there doing something right

Amazing steak and delicious bread + mashed potatoes. Fries aren't the best but the steak more than made up for it. Root beer was great too. Also, they donated every dollar of my meal to Indian Lake tornado victims. Very respectful and nice place

I can’t say that I had the best experience for my birthday. My twin and I came to this location on Hilliard Rome Road, and the quality of the food was terrible. The service was good. the server paid for our dessert with her own money. The problem was the food. I asked for a medium well steak and requested for them not to burn it.I had to send the steak back two times and on the third time the guy was sitting there to make sure that it ok but it was dry. At that point, I just said it was OK and Gave up. That’s why I always prefer a long one over Texas roadhouse and I should’ve went with my gut.

I order here often and was quite upset about the meal I received yesterday. We got two half slab of ribs meals and was highly disappointed. The ribs usually are tender juicy and falling off the bone!!! The ribs we received yesterday were rough to chew and brunt. Not to mention barely any sauce was on them ,and they were very dry I’m assuming from being over cooked. I have made several calls to speak with a manager and I can’t get anyone on the phone. I am going to stop in for a refund! Stuff is too high to be just give people anything!
