My child and I are here in Columbus visiting my best friend. We decided on The Cheesecake Factory and I’m so glad we did! We were sat quickly, had wonderful service and the food was great! The best part was the bill. For the amount of food we got I thought they’d forgotten to add something. The steak tacos were amazing. I wish we had this restaurant near our home.
Went in today 3/8/24. Food and drinks were good as always. PJ was our server, he took great care of us. I often notice servers aren’t as accommodating when I go out with just my son vs with my husband as well. That was not the case here. Really appreciate the good service!

This is our second time at this location. We experienced an issue but the manager Michael resolved our issue and actually took the time to sit with us and listen to our concerns. You rarely find that type of customer service today. Keep up the great work Michael!
