Pulled in and immediately noticed how dirty and in need of maintenance the place looked. I should have left at that point. The building is in disrepair, and the landscaping was awful. Normally, if a place is this unappealing, I normally leave but have wanted to try their fish sandwich for a while. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks. This was the best visit that I've had to an Arby's in a very long time. The chicken, bacon and Swiss was awesome. I also liked the chicken strips that I had. I will return. The manager was very very friendly, too. He brought me fresh food after I had to wait for it to be prepared but it was more than worth it.

Floor sticky. Guy working in drive thru was rude AF and I was inside listening to it. He didn't want to be there. They weren't that busy. The lady inside was friendly and had a good attitude. Too expensive for the food and the service though. What happened, Arby's? You used to be so good.
