“I hadn't been to George's since my parents were alive but always had fond memories of the place. Decided to support them after seeing posts about awful people stiffing them on food.I have to admit, I thought it was a bit unnerving to ask me to pay for my food ahead of time over the phone especially since some may be using cash, but I understood after they got ripped off.I ordered a meal that came with biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs and bacon and added 2 pancakes. I did not like the biscuits and gravy because the gravy had a weird herby taste that I didn't enjoy. I can't rate the biscuits alone since they were all covered up with the gravy.The scrambled eggs would have been good but they were cooked in some oily substance that didn't taste good, butter or nothing at all would be better.The bacon was crispy and delicious! The pancakes were big and fluffy and tasted great. I would get pancakes and bacon from them again for sure.My partner had the Greek plate and the only complaint was that for the high price it should include more gyro meat and tzatziki. Everything was however cooked well and tasty.All in all I'm glad we stopped at George's and hope to dine there again!“

The Balaclava beer was absolutely delicious and we loved the chimi fries so much, we got a second order. We lucked out that we were there for brunch, my husband ordered the shrimp and grits and it’s was so, so good. My burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Give this place a try if it’s on your radar!“
“My wife and I enjoyed some great food and beverages last night. Discovered a family friendly atmosphere, with private rooms, and live music, which wasn't too loud. They were busy, but had plenty of staff to take care of everyone with a smile. We'll be back and highly recommend!“
“Enjoyable local place. Cash only and no bathrooms. It’s an old converted Roy Rogers or something like that but it serves fresh, affordable, tasty fried chicken, burgers and ribs. Chicken with dressing got a strong recommendation with the burgers being a good value. Nice sides as well, didn’t have time to try the cakes.“

“Ordered carry out for dinner tonight and the veggie pizza was the best I've ever had. The ratio of the toppings, cheese, and sauce was perfect and the crust was amazing as well (not too thick or thin). The cannolis were amazing as well! Highly recommend giving So Pizza a try. Will be back.“

“Our server Erin was phenomenal and such a joy!! You can tell she takes pride in her work and service. She took excellent care of us, especially when we knew they had just finished the busy Sunday brunch rush. Even though my order seemed to get lost in the kitchen (my husband got the breakfast buffet), she continued to be very attentive, anticipated our needs, and made our experience very worthwhile. It was also nice to observe how the overall serving staff was communicating well with one another. We hope to come back again soon!“
“Insane Belmont experience. Wow! so the pickles are okay, fairly salty but that's to be expected from bar pickles. Unfortunately our order came with only one hair fried into a lucky pickle chip. We went specifically for comedy night and ended up being yelled at by everyone of these guys. It felt like we were interrupting a group therapy session or anger management classes required by court order. The MTN DEW was poured directly from the can for me by the bartender 10/10.“
“There were 9 of us. The server took drink orders before we were all there, so it took a while for him to return for the rest of the orders. After that things got better. Our orders came out at the same time, all looked and tasted as pictured (or expected). Over all, it was a good breakfast!“

I probably won't be back for another year, since the prices are not for the faint of heart.But the customer service was very good. The waitress that served me was awesome. Food was better than I expected. Since it was a slight heat wave that day, they were able to place the tray on my window, when the food was ready.The hotdog was enough. The circumference was that of a 50 cent piece. A smidgen bigger than a quarter. The brownies were good, but any future buyers of that kind of snack, make sure to notify staff/waitress you want to order that after you're done eating.I know that was what was agreed upon to have the snack delivered later, but it all came in one bag. By the time I got to thr brownies, the sugar clumped together on the brownies big time on the bottom. The moisture made the powder sugar stick/clump a lot. But brownies were still awesome.Like others have said, come hungry. But also make sure to bring cash if you'd rather not have to work around and use PayPal or the other cashless options that might incur a fee on your end.I came here in a uhaul van moving stuff in transition. I believe the height of the van was under 7' clearance. I thought the parking in the lot were for smaller vehicles only. I saw a huge (as in taller) Sprinter van in the back. So, the smaller cars can park under the canopy, out of the weather, but larger vehicles with a higher clearance can park in the back just fine. I wouldn't do anything bigger than a sprinter through there.Glad for the experience. ?✨️“

“If you are looking for a great burger and funky experience, this is the place. The owner is crazy fun. She like no other. The food was fantastic, burger a good medium, fresh and hot, the steak fries, delicious. The only minus is to go with time to spare. One person operation when we were there. 45 minutes for the burger. But it was well worth it.“

Old food all over the grill, same on the floor, 5 tables not bussed , waitstaff looked disheveled with long hair all over the place, flies hovering over the make line. Yuck!Update: 2023 and they have a new owner Chris Phelps and they are killing it! Food is excellent quality for the price point. Staff is friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond. We have kids with significant food allergies and our order is always a nightmare. They get it right every fricking time. Big ups to the staff! Also I know not everyone is a fan of the kiosk system - it is what it is. It's 2023, get over yourself, no place can staff what they used to staff and make $.Repeat Wilmington location is killing it. A very large restaurant that looks small from the outside, huge menu with a lot to choose from… I went with a 12 inch pot roast Philly on a potato and chipotle garlic fry recommended by my server, IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!!!
