We were looking for authentic Mexican food, and we certainly found it in this gem! The tacos were 100% some of the best we've ever eaten. The tortillas were pure heaven! The Tlayuda was a perfect taste of my favorite Mexican state, Oaxaca! The salsa was beautifully crafted with a bold and roasted flavor profile. Having grown up in Texas I've eaten at restaurants from Matamoros to El Paso and I know authentic Mexican food. This food is authentic, just not of the highest quality. The chile rellenos batter was good, but the pablano was stale. The frijoles were good. But, for heaven's sake, stay away from the churros. They were hard, dry, and all I could taste was the cinnamon.

If you're looking for AUTHENTIC, then this is a just try!! I always request the spicy salsa whenever I eat at any Mexican Restaurant, and I've had many that were very good, but the tastes that they bring out not only in their salsa, but all of their dishes, outshine anything I have had in Ohio. On top of that, the service is every bit as good, or better than the food!!
