I had to give it a low rating, not because of the food or service, but because when you are ordering food, it smells like sewer, and the bathroom smells worse. It was like this the last time I was there (around a month ago), and it still isn't fixed.
We ordered tomato bisque and chicken tortilla soup. It was fresh and tasty. It took less than 5 minutes to receive our takeout order. The staff are kind and easy to talk to. Make McAlister's Deli your next restaurant visit. You will be pleased.

This is the first time I wasn't too happy with the service. I placed an online order and when I went to pick up my food, it was mostly wrong. They fixed my order (mostly). The nachos were missing the sour cream and avocado 's. Otherwise, they still don't skimp on the meats! Arby's don't have anything on McAlister's! I will eventually be back. Please don't mess up my order next time. They are one of my favorite Sandwich shops.
