Placed an order online for pick up. The system said it would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived at the store, I decided to go inside to pick up the order instead of going to the pick-up window. That was a good decision. I waited an additional 10 minutes inside for my order to be complete. The store was very busy, so I understood why the long wait. If I order again, I'll have to adjust my time-line.
We stopped coming here for awhile because the sandwiches were less than desirable. The bread seemed like it wasn't getting proofed or something. But I degrees, I'm not sure what's changed but whatever it is, please keep it up! The sandwiches taste like they used to taste and the bread taste fresh! I'm happy to spend my money for these sandwiches!

I love penn Station. I only have two suggestions. 1) be more consistent. Especially with seasoning and sauces. Sometimes, there is barely any steak seasoning or Mayo. Other 6 is a lot. 2) Add steak fries to your menu. The steak seasoning is amazing on the fries, and I constantly have to ask for a cup of seasoning, lol. There are issues with a couple of employees, but I honestly don't care that much about that as long as the food it good
