Ordered 2 double whopper meals with cheese. We got home to open our food to find 0 cheese! We waited at the 2nd window for 7 mins. Only the girl with the brown and orange hoodie on had her hair back. The girl at the window was rude, saying is that all?! Ok pull up, but with a rude tone. She didn't say sorry for the wait, or even let us know there was a wait. Ordered a sandwich, was charged for additional onion rings which I didn't order or receive. Went back through the drive through for refund, manager wanted to run my bk card again which had just been zeroed out. When she asked me to come inside to straighten it out I told her I had milkshakes and food from Arby's melting and getting cold, to just forget it. I will never go back.
