I work at another store in the mall and decided to go to Auntie Anne's to eat. The kid behind the counter was very rude if I witnessed anyone at my store treat a customer the way he did I would have sent him home. Audible huffs and puffs because no one knew how to take a upside payment. I know from working as a janitor at this mall that these pretzels can't be very good. I'd routinely come upon dumped containers of them throughout the mall. Do not feed the mall rats.

After waiting in line had to repeat order 3 times (only ordered a soda) because employee conversations were more important talking about "coupons being too high when a certain employee working" as a customer that is totally unprofessional have conversations when there isnt lines going into jcpenneys...
