I love the bagels here but the service is awful. They are cranky, abrupt, rude, poor listeners and impatient. They come across as though you're inconveniencing it. Ordered online, took forever because you weren’t allowed to order your food as a guest, I had to go through the whole process of giving them all of my information, generating a password, and giving them my credit card info so they could keep it on record for “my” future use!When I arrive to pick up my order I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, while the employees flirted with the only other customer in the store! Who knew bagels made for such great sandwiches?! So good! Recently bought deli and cookie trays for a non-profit lunch event and everyone raved about how good the food was! Great service too!
