I grew up on Donatos so I've always been a fan. Unfortunately, today I arrived at the pick-up window at the time identified only to find them looking for my pizza. They asked me to come back in 15 or 20 minutes because my pizza had not been made.
Donatos online orders and phones are a disaster placed order twice received an order was placed and then cancelled. Tried to order online and website said having difficulties. This has been going on for 2 weeks. Also almost need an interpreter to place the phone order as most speak broken english. Lady at the pizza place gave me a pizza in efforts to make it write, I feel bad for thew employees at this location with terrible backing from corporate. There was an employee who rubbed his goatees in the kitchen(he was about 5'4 ft, bald head and with a black long goatee.), it was gross. I placed my order as I watched to be sure he never touched my order. The employees are helpful and knowledgeable about the menu!
