Pros: Good location with lots of options Delicious cakes and many options Cons: Less than helpful, even rude service Older lady at counter exclaimed "wow, it went through" when my card cleared for payment ??!! No forks or spoons to be had if you want to eat the cake. Pro tip: Maybe a different location will have better customer service or at least be minimally friendly. I made a quick visit to this store on Saturday October 28, 2023. This was my first experience and it was wonderful! I went in for the birthday Bundt email and the very kind lady greeted me with a warm smile and was happy to help! She made the experience, I wish I would have gotten her name so I could recognize her for the customer service she provided.
