I love the soup, sandwiches & and pastries, unfortunately, since Panera started the sip club, my experience has been bad.I have 2 accounts as I didn't want to return for refills. When I signed both in & requested 2 cups from the counter, I always get terrible service & very rude expression from the service staff.This sip club seems to aggregate the staff, perhaps it's extra work for them. I came earlier today, I had placed an online order pick and which included a box of the 4 choc chipper cookies they didn’t have them all. But they were super nice on. Assessing the situation they offered me any other two pastries. I ended up subbing for a drink but the guy who helped me was super nice! Made my day. The food was really good too. This is a good servicing panera :)

It seems Panera keeps raising prices and shrinking portions. $15-20 for a steak sandwich with a sliver of steak all bread and chicken noodle soup that is all broth, not even noodles.
