“Took my neighbors on Friday for fish. They had never been to Hazel’s before. We all had the fish dinner and it was delicious. We were extremely happy with the size of the portions. Everything was delicious. The price was great for the 3 seniors and we all agreed that we would be eating there more.Good place to eat and great service!“

“I had an urge for pizza and had seen this on the menu as pizza of the month. I made the 40 min round trip today and it was worth it! It was fresh & hot at pick up and full disclosure, I had a slice on my way home...couldn't help myself! The only request I'd make when ordering this pizza is to have the pesto drizzle added after baking, not before. Hope to get back there soon for dine in!“

“Today, me and my grandmother went to Smitty's Place after getting my hair cut at Cleveland Street Barber Shop. She ordered the Quarter-Pound Cheeseburger, while I ordered the Shrimp Basket and the Soup of the Day. The shrimp basket is cheap and delicious, including 6 deep-fried Butterfly Shrimp and a hearty portion of French Fries. The soup, not as good. Though it tasted great, it was supposed to be spicy. That's why I ordered it. It turned out to be about as spicy as a Poblano Pepper (About half the spiciness of a Jalapeno). I was disappointed, but it didn't stop me from devouring it. Overall, we had a good lunch. I hope to come here again soon.Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant, enough for most guests dining in.“
“My first experience here was fantastic! I came in to a very well lit restaurant with a good vibrant energy. Was seated very quickly. Waitress Shay, super sweet! Checked up on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Food was fantastic!!! I ordered a Extra Crispy Chicken Sandwich, which was delicious! Will 100% be coming back to this restaurant again! “I've been her twice. The food is very much "home" cook. The cod. grits, simple salad, breakfast is amazingly delicious. This place is a hidden gem in Lorain. I will definitely make this my go-to place when I dont feel like cooking and I want a home cook meal.“

Last food order goes in at 11, 10:30 grill food 10:30 Sun-Thur. Fri & Sat last food is at 1, grill 12:30. There is a late night menu. They have an outdoor bar and outdoor seating. They are on Touchtunes, Keno, and have an ATM. There is also plenty of room for truckers to park. $10/night or $50/month.“
“I’ve lived in Elyria for about six months, I’ve been hearing cookies was the place for wings for years though. Finally made it up there … Saturday night , it was pretty full but the bartenders were courteous and quick with my order . Wings came out quicker than expected too and they were delicious. I got a dozen of each the spicy garlic parm and teriyaki. They gained a new regular tonight.“
“We tend to visit when there are little to no other cars there. So service is always prompt and very friendly. We really like the burgers and curly fries. I also love the orange sherbert. “I ordered the baked salmon for both of us online about 8 at Texas Roadhouse. I got steamed broccoli and green beans. My wife got steamed broccoli and a sweet potato. When I got back and we opened the meals, the sweet potato wasn’t in the order. I tried to call but it was passed 8:30 and the restaurant was closed. I tried to call on Monday at 8 pm and no one would answer the phone. The phone system kept cycling around and around on the same message.This is not the first time we have gotten an online meal with missing items at Texas Roadhouse. Any time you pick up an order, check that it is complete before leaving.“
