The fact that Chipotle food was always a little different at each location was once a great differentiator but now it's just a source of uncertainty. The quality of food has dropped and the level of service offered by the 15-16 year olds who run the joint is quite awful. My GF and I visited Chipotle at least twice a month but we're done. Unless the improve their quality, their higher prices are not worth the food.
I've had a lot of problems with Chipotle locations getting orders wrong, but never the Elyria store. They are reliable, accurate and it's always ready when I get there. They obviously know what they are doing and do not cut corners.

It's annoying when you pay $20 for a bowl of food and don't even get what you paid for. I could be crazy but that ain't no double chicken!! This is the reason why I hate ordering online. I prefer to be in person, so I know what I'm paying for. I hate wasting money and twenty bucks for some rice, corn, and scarce chicken is absurd. I did get chips n guac too, and the chips were scarce also.
