Today, me and my grandmother went to Smitty's Place after getting my hair cut at Cleveland Street Barber Shop. She ordered the Quarter-Pound Cheeseburger, while I ordered the Shrimp Basket and the Soup of the Day. The shrimp basket is cheap and delicious, including 6 deep-fried Butterfly Shrimp and a hearty portion of French Fries. The soup, not as good. Though it tasted great, it was supposed to be spicy. We were referred to this restaurant after hitting 3 Goodwill stores. We were starving, and having recently moved to Lorain, we decided to try this place. We came at the right time, because when we finished dining, people started strolling in. I can definitely say this place quenched my appetite. The Smitty’s burger was the right portion.
