Every single time I order either via the app or in the drive thru I ALWAYS have to pull up and wait. The fries are cold and they never give me the ketchup, salt etc that I ask for while at the window.

Usually we find this location to be one of the better McDonald's but this morning is way off. Pulled us forward to wait. Delivered someone else's food to our car 2x and didn't bother to confirm our order number either time even though we stuck our food order to the mirror..29 minutes and waiting.
