Jenny (older lady) that works mornings is extremely sour. She has such a bad attitude and is so mad that she has to take orders that she doesn’t listen and gets it wrong every time. She barely opened the drive thru window this morning so she dropped my card when I handed it to her. Didn’t even apologize and I had to get out to get it and she still wouldn’t open the freaking window to grab it. Stopped at this location for the first time thinking because it was in a good location and was hopefully the food was good. Well NOPE I got my food (sausage mcmuffin, 1 hash brown) I received and was charged one egg McMuffin and two hash browns. Drove literally across the street where I work at the mall and my food was completely ice cold as if now only it had been sitting in the bag all day but that it was sitting somewhere cold.
