I went here to get some lunch after work. The scanner wasn't working, but the drive thru employee, Adrion (I am sorry if I misspelled your name), was very friendly and professional. She made sure I had everything I ordered and that I was properly taken care of. Because of her professionalism and interpersonal skills, I will definitely be back.
Have gone here about 3 times in the last few weeks and each time there's been an issue. The person taking the order has had to read back my order 2 and three times to understand what I wanted. Which was nothing difficult. 3 sandwiches and some cheese sticks. and then they still got it wrong. And then on one occasion they asked me 3 times what my drink was and when I got to the window they handed me the wrong drink and when I pointed it out they corrected it but were not friendly...read full review

Staff was great, very friendly, and kept me in the loop about a delay in my food. Not Arby's fault, just a warning for others. I've been approached twice at this location to buy food or give money.
