Customer service was okay. The food is part of a store as well so don't be confused when you first walk in.Vegetarian options: I did notice on the menu they had a vegetarian options.Parking: Regular parking, had about 4-6 Handicapp parking spaces with roughly 30 regular parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: No explicit music was being played and staff is friendly and respectful.

I ordered takeout from here. Chicken tikka masala. It was the worst experience I’ve had eating local Indian food. I took two bites and threw the rest out. The chicken tasted freezer burnt and like plastic. It is far from authentic Indian food as you can get. The tikka sauce tasted like watered down chef Boyarde sauce alongside the freezer burnt, plastic tasting chicken. There are many other great Indian options locally. I would not suggest trying this place.

First time ordered carry out, the food was hot when we arrived home, that was pretty much the only positive. Ordered Veg Samosa, Paneer Tikka Masala, Jhaneko Dal, and garlic naan. I really hate to complain but we think it's important to let other people know how terrible the food was so they don't waste their money. Our order was about $36. This was the worst Indian food we've ever had - the samosa was greasy and the filling was not flavored well. The Paneer Tikka Masala tasted and looked like they poured a can of Campbells Tomato Soup over the top of paneer - the paneer was good but the sauce was horrible. The Jhaneko Dal was basically a soup, mostly liquid, with a few lentils in it, and it was seasoned terribly. And the naan - for goodness sake this is the easiest thing to order - it was horrible - it was greasy, wet, and floppy, it literally folded right over when you picked it up - it didn't look cooked so we put it in the toaster oven but that didn't help much. When you bit into it, it looked raw still so we pretty much threw it away - we actually threw almost all of it away, so it was a terrible waste of money. We would definitely recommend not going to this restaurant, they need to close. Thankfully we haven't gotten sick from the food, but there is no way we'll ever go back.

The Chicken Tikka Masala tasted nothing like Chicken Tikka Masala. The sauce was watery and they don't shred the chicken. They also forgot to include the sauces for the vegetable samosas.
We ordered from Namaste Curry House last evening because our regular Indian restaurant was closed, and we thought we'd try something new. I wish we hadn't. The food was terrible. Chicken tandoori was 4 pathetically small and overcooked pieces of chicken with no vegetables, sauce or rice. Palak paneer was watery, underspiced spinach with tough, overcooked cubes of cheese. And the garlic naan was odd and flat, not like any naan we've had before. What was supposed to be a nice treat on a busy evening was mostly thrown out, an expensive mistake.

First and last time ordering from Namaste. Wanted to try a new Indian place from our regulars and never had Nepalese food but oh my it was not good. Worst Tika Masala I’ve ever had, didn’t taste or look right. Both dishes (we had the lentils as well) were watery and lacked overall flavor. Chicken was dry and seemed old and chewy, like it was made yesterday and thrown into todays dishes in hopes the sauce would reconstitute it. Tried the chatame and I didn’t care for it either, but that’s just personal taste, nothing wrong with it. Can’t judge service or atmosphere as we had delivery. Won’t order from here again, literally everywhere else I’ve been, is better than this.
