Pizza hut in my opinion has gone way down in quality and service. They were terribly late twice over 3 months between orders and their pizza was very poorly done both times. I will not be ordering from them anytime soon.
This pizza hut has progressively gotten worse over the last year. A few months back I had an order arrive after 2.5 hours. It disappears after an hour and a half on the app. You lose all tracking. You call the number and nobody answers. Sometimes someone oversees tries answering and then says they will transfer you to the same number that answers. They then state they have no connection to the restaurant.I told them to just cancel it and they said they couldn’t and to try calling...read full review
